How long we keep information
We keep correspondence for as long as we need it to respond and close the matter. We may keep it for longer if it remains relevant to an ongoing business relationship, a legal duty or a dispute. We retain any website request or security information we use for as long as it is needed to maintain the website, diagnose a fault or investigate a security incident.
Data storage and international transfers

Cloudflare operates a global network and may process technical data outside the United Kingdom. Where its processing on our behalf involves a restricted transfer, the safeguards in the Cloudflare Data Processing Addendum apply, including the UK International Data Transfer Addendum where applicable.
If a transfer outside the UK is subject to UK data protection transfer rules, we use a transfer mechanism permitted by those rules. Contact us for information about any applicable transfer and how to obtain a copy of any safeguards.
